Returns and Refund Policy

Digital Programs

• Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase only if you have not accessed beyond Week 1 or have not materially used the program.

• Once Week 2 unlocks or any Week 2+ content is accessed, the program purchase is non-refundable.
• Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Coaching (Monthly Subscription)

• Cancel anytime to stop future billing.
• No prorated refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.

Coaching Paid Upfront (3, 6, or 12 Months)

• Discounted upfront coaching packages are non-refundable after purchase.
• If you cancel early, no refund is issued for unused time.

Physical Products

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and unopened in its original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was shipped.
• Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
