Returns and Refund Policy
All purchases — including digital programs, coaching services, and physical products — are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older only. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Digital Programs
- Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase only if you have not accessed beyond Week 1 or have not materially used the program.
- Once Week 2 unlocks or any Week 2+ content is accessed, the program purchase is non-refundable.
- Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Coaching (Monthly Subscription)
- Cancel anytime to stop future billing.
- No prorated refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.
Coaching Paid Upfront (3, 6, or 12 Months)
- Discounted upfront coaching packages are non-refundable after purchase.
- If you cancel early, no refund is issued for unused time.
Physical Products
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and unopened in its original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was shipped.
- Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
